(i). When you place a sample order, our sales team will follow it up. You will then receive a notification via your email, so please be sure to fill in the space appropriately.

(ii). Our sample order is designed to reduce a considerable amount of risk on the buyer. In this regard, the buyer has a limited amount of spending on any of our product(s) while using the sample order. Spending on samples is capped at $700 USD maximum and $20 USD minimum minus delivery cost.

(iii). Buyers can get any quantity from 1kg and above provided the cost of the said quantity is not above $700, meaning that we have no MOQ for sample order. The quantity depends on the buyer’s willingness to commit and our packaging system for the said product. We package sample orders as follows;
1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg.

(iv). All sample delivery is via air cargo, and mostly, we use FedEx. You don’t necessarily need to send us the delivery cost as you can as well take care of it in your own country simply by registering yourself or organization with any courier service or delivery company accessible both in your destination country and origin country (Nigeria), you then send us a control number and we won’t charge you a penny for delivery. You only pay delivery directly to the courier or delivery company.

(v). All sample costs must be paid in full before the sample is allowed to leave our premises. In the event where the buyer didn’t provide us with a control number, the buyer has to pay the delivery cost up-front to enable us to cover the necessary expenses and send it to the buyer’s location. Ensure that your payment is to our company’s account from our sales team. Ensure you send evidence or receipt of payments to our sales team and that you are issued a stamped confirmation receipt.

(vi). Your sample(s) will be shipped within 4 working days after confirmation of your payment. We don’t guarantee the time it will take to deliver your sample from the courier or delivery office to your destination address.

(i). We don’t offer refunds or accept returns on sample orders as every sale is final. Therefore, be sure and have a conversation with us before ordering.
